Avery is already 2 months old. Last Wednesday she went in for her 2 month appointment and weighed 9 lbs and was 21.5 inches long. She had to get shots but did great. She is smiling at us now, and is an awesome sleeper! She sleeps almost every night for at least 8 hours sometimes more. 
Avery was blessed on the 6th. Dean did a great job and we had lots of family and friends come and support us.
On Saturday the 5th my sisters and I ran the Swiss Days 10K it was a fun run and although it wasn't quite like last years race for me, I was happy to finish under an hour. I have a picture of the race but it is on my other computer.

For Labor Day we went to the ranch to play with the Barker family. Drew had a great time with his cousins and got to ride the horses.
Drew started preschool on the 8th. It is just in our neighborhood and we all take a turn at our house. He really likes it and has been doing a great job learning to write his letters. I had my turn last Thursday and I thought it was really fun and surprisingly no that chaotic.
On Saturday I took Drew and Avery to my Dad's work open house. It really is a cool place with a lot of realy smart people. Drew had an awesome time, as he would say, and got to bring home all kinds of fun little toys.more pictures

What a fun update! I can't believe that she is already 2 months old!!! You all look great and good for you for already running a 10K! Wish we were closer, we miss you guys! :)
So fun to see what you guys have been up to. I can't believe you already ran a 10K! You must be in serious shape! Avery is adorable Jenn! I can't believe how big she is already! I wish we would have made it up to see you guys sometime this summer. We are dirtbags! We will have to figure out something soon or meet in Layton or something. Our baby is scheduled for Sept 25th and so far our favorite name is Avery still - Are you going to hate us? We are not 100% sure, but the kids have started calling her that, so it will probably end up that way...
Could that smile be any cuter?! And, seriously, you running the 10K is hard core. Way to be a champ!
I'm still not in good enough shape to run a 10k and Lydia just turned one! Way to go!
